Erik got into the Real Estate industry in 2004 working in new construction working for a builder in SW Florida. He has been involved in new construction, development, property management, rehab, for both residential and commercial property. In 2009 he started in general real estate and has since earned his Florida Broker License. Elsea completed the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Training. He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (only about 1 out of 10 Realtors can say this). Elsea is also a Council of Residential Specialists designee and is also a 4 time winner of the Five Star Professional award which less than 7% of Realtors receive. He completed the Leadership Academy of the Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Association of Realtors as well as served on the Strategic Planning Committee, Nominating Committee, and the Young Professionals Network. In addition he has helped hundreds of people, both buyers and sellers, facilitate their real estate transaction successfully.
Outside of real estate Erik is extremely active in the community. He is the President of the Rotary Club of Cape Coral and founded and chairs the committee for the Cape Coral Run for the Rose Garden 5k to raise money for charity. He is also an Ambassador for ShelterBox USA. An international disaster relief charity.
